Are you too busy to fit in exercise? Or has it been hard to get motivated? If you live in the Livingston Manor area, here\u2019s an easy way to begin.<\/p>\n
Monday evenings, we\u2019ll meet at Morgan Outdoors (nice clean bathroom if you\u2019re rushing from work), leave promptly at 5:45 and walk briskly along less-traveled roads near town. We\u2019ll add a little more uphill each week. Exercise plus fresh air equals happy. RSVP at 845 438 5507 and wear good walking shoes. We’ll walk in light rain (get out the rain boots)and enjoy the sights and sounds of Spring!<\/p>\n
