Six stops for holiday fun!

A Self-Guided Walk on Walnut Mountain

Walnut Mountain Park, Liberty, NY

START at Walnut Mt. Park’s ballfield parking area

Stand at this kiosk and look for a big tree with a sign on it (slightly right of kiosk) in the distance.

That’s STOP #1 on your walk to the Walnut Mountain House foundation at the summit.

THE ROUTE: Follow the carriage trail Mountain Overlook (MO) behind the pavilion to STOPS #2 and #3.

At the Overlook, bear right onto carriage trail Mountain House (MH) to STOPS #4, #5, and #6

Each stop has a laminated sign tied to a tree with red paracord!
